More Than Just A Shelter - We Are A Home
Our Mission
We help all of our women to get back on a firm foundation with Jesus Christ.
All women receive one on one guidance to prevent them from being homeless ever again such as: getting their Driver’s License, Obtaining GED, Family Counseling, Financial Counseling, Attending College or Trade School, etc.
We put them on strict guidelines that are not for everyone but will give them a good foundation in the future and build a relationship with Jesus Christ.
The ages of women we have helped are from 18-67.
Most of our Women have limited education, are in need of a Drivers License, have been victims of domestic violence, are recovering from addictive behaviors, and/or are struggling from undiagnosed mental illness or emotional trauma.
Most women who comes to our home have 2 or more children and are on an extremely limited single income. Finding it hard to provide for their own needs much less a child. We help them get their basic needs and also support them for a plan toward a better life.
98% of the women who come into our home arrive with no transportation, no child care, and are unable to sustain a job due to lack of child care. This is a large number of women and we aim to make that percentage lower.

Volunteer
Our volunteers are what make everything possible! We are always looking for volunteers to help on a scheduled or task by task basis. Are you looking for a part-time means to help those in need? Or perhaps you wouldn’t mind dropping off a mother and her children at a doctor’s appointment?
